How do your plush pillows arrive packed? To protect your items from dust and optimize transit, many of our larger Norcelia plush pillows are carefully vacuum-sealed in heavy-duty protective packaging. Once opened, simply pat, shake, and fluff the pillow vigorously. It will breathe in the air and expand back to its full, fluffy, and ultra-soft shape within 24 to 48 hours.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your Norcelia delivery straight to your doorstep.

Are Norcelia plush pillows machine washable? Yes, most of our collections are! To keep your plush pillow fresh and clean, place it inside a mesh laundry bag, wash it on a gentle cycle with cold water, and air dry in a well-ventilated area. Give it a good fluff once dry, and it will be as soft as new. For specific items, please check the care tab on the product page.

Are your materials completely safe for children and pets? Yes, 100%. Safety is our non-negotiable vow. Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? We want you to absolutely love your new comfort zone! We accept returns on completely unused, unwashed plush pillows in their original, pristine condition with all factory tags fully intact within 30 days of delivery.
